At The Fix Project, our mission is to radically transform the culture of animal sheltering and rehabilitation across America. We are driven by a vision where every shelter is a place of healing, not harm — where animals are given the second chances they deserve through compassionate care, innovative solutions, and systemic change.
We champion a future built on advocacy, virtual fostering, fundraising, strategic grantmaking, land-based innovation, and shelter renovation to replace outdated, harmful systems with models of empathy and excellence.
